Real Ace products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. All tags must still be attached and the products have not been worn and are not damaged/in original condition. The products must be properly packed in the shipping box, along with any accessories. The given return time can be extended if, for example, there is a delayed delivery. Please contact us at support@realace.nl for more information.

Real Ace does not use paper return forms to prevent unnecessary paper use. Please use our digital exchange and return form linked below. Damage to the packaging during the return process caused by faulty packaging will be charged to the customer. Also keep in mind that all exchanges and return costs are also for the customer. When exchanging a Real Ace product, you do not pay any shipping costs within the Netherlands/Belgium when Real Ace sends you your exchanged product.

We do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands/Belgium (via DPD), but we do ask our customers to behave like a Real Ace when it comes to exchanges & returns. After all, apart from the costs to be incurred, we also burden our planet with extra logistics movements. Exchange tips!

Exchange for different size? It's possible that the product might feel a bit tight around your head. Just like new jeans, let the Real Ace cap get used to your head for a while. After 9 or 18 holes, it will fit like a glove….

Exchange quickly? Do you want a different size and cannot wait any longer? Just order directly your desired size and return the other product with the digital return form. It saves time and gives you the biggest chance that your size is still available.
